Steps forward, steps backward

I didn't do any writing this weekend, but I'm trying to keep to a schedule of working on writing for at least an hour or two each weekday night. Tonight I focused primarily on revising the 3K-ish words that I've written in the last week. That went very well, and I'm pleased with what I've got. I wound up cutting about 200 words or so. After I finished with those revisions, I did manage to write a bit of new content--hardly more than 200 words, since I only had about 20 minutes worth of energy in me by that point. But I'm all set up to be able to write a lot more tomorrow, so I'm hoping to get at least 1,000 words in then. Now it's off to bed, and my total stands at:
